Spa Policies
Please review all policies below prior to booking a service.
Prior to service
Please arrive on time allowing yourself time to use the bathroom prior to your appointment time. I cannot guarantee full service time with a late start. Bathroom code is 1962. Please switch phones to silent for the best possible experience. Please notify me of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment. You are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.
Reservations
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your schedule service.
Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. A 24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment, This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.
No-shows
if you miss your appointment without giving prior notice this will be considered a "no-show." No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services for their "missed" appointment. The charge will be made on the scheduled appointment date. If using a gift certificate or a prepaid package, it will be redeemed and forfeited.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. Please have your credit card or gift certificate number ready when booking.
